Welcome to tasty bites with Amna in today’s video we’re going to share with you a most authentic recipe Today in our home, we make traditional indian street food recipe. Vada pav recipe is one of the famous street food in mumbai. It is look like burger and the making proccess is also similar with each others. We cook the vada pav at the rainy season and eating the vada pav at rainy day is also makes the place heaven.

Heat oil in a deep pan, add mustard seeds and let splutter.
Add curry leaves, green chilli and garlic paste and saute it well.
On medium flame, add turmeric powder, Degi red chilli powder and saute for a minute.
Add a little​​ ​​water and saute well. Switch off the flame, add boiled potatoes and mix.
Add coriander leaves and mix. Keep aside to cool.
Make medium size balls of potato mixture and keep aside for further use.
Heat oil in a kadai, on medium flame.
Now, dip the batata vada into the besan batter till well coated, carefully slide it into hot oil and fry them until golden brown.
Remove on absorbent paper and keep it aside for further use.

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗮
Drizzle the batter into the hot oil and deep fry on medium flame until golden in color and crisp.
Remove in an absorbent paper and keep it aside for further use.

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿
In a bowl, add gram flour, salt to taste, baking soda, degi red chilli powder, water as required, sugar & mix well. Rest for 10 min.
Add oil & mix it well to a smooth batter of coating consistency.

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘆
In a non-stick pan, add fresh coconut, roast it on low flame until light golden in color.
Add garlic cloves with skin & dry roast it well. Add dry red chillies and roast.
Add asafoetida & mix well. Transfer it into a bowl and let it cool down.
Once it cools down, transfer it into a grinder jar and grind it coarsely.

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶
In the same hot oil fry the chillies, remove on absorbent paper.
Sprinkle some salt and mix well. Keep aside for further use.
