Описание к видео EXERCISES THAT PACK ON THE MOST MUSCLE 💪⬇️

Bench, deadlifts and squats form the basis of any good workout split, but beyond these, there’s a handful of exercises to that maximize the potential of that weekly split without being overly complicated.

1. Dips: I owe this exercise a lot. When I blew out a disc squatting, dips and pull-ups were all I did for close to 6 months and they transformed my upper body.

2. Overhead press: the first bodybuilding exercise I tackled with weight. When gyms were closed all I did was 20 minutes of overhead press every night. So, one of my first fitness dailies.

3. Barbell rows: I credit these to getting my back in the game. After a ton of dips and a ton of overhead press when I started lifting, I realized I was built-forward, and rows helped me rebalance my physique by getting my lats, trap and rear delts in the game.

4. Wide grip pull-ups: after spamming barbell rows for a few seasons I had the back strength to really master overhead pulling. This was the final puzzle piece in an aesthetic physique.

5. Calf raises: calves seem to be one of those muscles that respond best to not long infrequent workouts but short frequent workouts! Give this a try if you’re one of those people who struggled with small calves.

6. Leg raises: another great fitness daily 😅. If you are lean at all, you will get an insane core and waistline if you just do 10 quick sets of these every day!

You might notice that pretty much every exercise here I first got into with fitness dailies. I think there’s huge value in this. Not only do you force growth in places where you are weak, but you really figure out how to engage those muscles you haven’t properly woken up and got in the game yet by training them for just a few minutes every day! This is a good move before you roll it all into a workout split 😉.
