MTG Combo: Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind + Curiosity

Описание к видео MTG Combo: Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind + Curiosity

This Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind combo isn't infinite without assistance, but it might as well be. It'll generally win you the game!

I run this combo in my Nekusar, the Mindrazer commander deck, so if you're an edh player you may want to be aware of how this combo works.

Alternative Pieces:
Keep in mind that you can do the exact same combo with Niv-Mizzet, Parun, but that guy's mana cost of 3 reds and 3 blues is not dependable in my grixis deck. You also can replace or add Tandem Lookout instead of the Curiosity enchantment. When it soulbonds to your Niv-Mizzet, it gives the same effect as the Curiosity enchantment.

How it works:
Essentially the effect of the combo is that Niv-Mizzet deals 1 damage when you draw, and Curiosity allows you to draw when Niv deals 1 damage. This combo is limited only by the number of cards in your deck, because you generally lose when you try to draw with an empty deck.

In 2 or 3 player commander MTG, you often deal enough damage to win. In larger games or against players with lifegain, you use this combo to draw your wincons out of your deck.

Beef the Combo Up:
To make the combo infinite, you need any card that helps you put cards back into your deck from your hand, or not lose if you run out of cards in your deck. Let me know in the comments if you know any such cards.

The other way to make this more powerful is to have another card, like Psychosis Crawler, on the battlefield to make your opponents suffer even more from your card draw.
