Newer undershield piece I ordered from Tesla was: Model 3, Rr Fascia, Diffuser(1135410-00-A),
which includes a tow cover piece. If you need that tow cover piece separately, it's: Model 3, Rr Fascia, Cover, Tow(1135412-00-A)
