Ondeh-ondeh 月餅是用香蘭汁，鮮椰絲和馬六甲椰糖（或棕櫚糖）製成的，就像 ondeh ondeh kuih 本身一樣。 這靈感來自經典的娘惹糕 Ondeh Ondeh，紅透半邊天的娘惹食品無論香氣、質地、味道和顏色簡直令人無法抗拒。
This Ondeh-ondeh mooncake are made with pandan infused shredded coconut and Gula Melaka (or palm sugar). The aroma, texture, taste and colour of these trendy baked Mooncakes are simply irresistible, like the ondeh ondeh kuih itself. This was inspired by the classic nyonya kuih Ondeh Ondeh.

📍 ONDEH ONDEH MOONCAKE RECIPE | 椰絲椰糖月餅配方
（大概兩個200克的月餅）（Make x2 200g Mooncake）

🥮 月餅皮配方
150g All Purpose Flour（普通麵粉）
112ml Syrup（轉化糖漿/糖青）
35ml Peanut Oil（花生油）
1/2tsp Alkaline Water（鹼水）

🥥 班蘭椰絲月餅餡
180g Shredded Coconut （新鮮椰絲）
60g Sugar （糖）
6 - 7 pcs Pandan Leaves （班蘭葉）
50ml Water （清水）
20ml Peanut Oil （花生油）
A pinch of Salt （食鹽）
30g Cooked Glutinous Rice Flour （熟糯米粉）
