Crispy Chilly Baby Corn is an Indo-Chinese delicacy and is served as a starter in most restaurants. It's also prepared as a party starter and is extremely mouth-watering. Best substitute of Chilli Chicken especially for vegetarians and Chinese.

INGREDIENTS:
1. Baby Corn - 200 gram
2. Onion - 4 (medium)
3. Capsicum - 1 (large)
4. Red Bell Pepper - 1/2 (optional)
5. Garlic cloves - 8-9
6. Ginger - 2 inches
7. Green Chilly - 5-6
8. Cornflour - 1 Cup
9. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
10. Salt to taste
11. Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp
12. Red Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
13. Dark Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
14. Water

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes
Servings: 5 person
