This video is a small demo about Inter Project Engineering or IPE.
Inter project engineering is a funcionality, that is used to exchange data of the controller in a source project between other different projects, by the help of a device proxy.

Data, that can be exchanged between projects via device proxy:
Program blocks
Technological objects.
PLC tags.
PLC alarms.

Automatically inserted objects are:
Controller interfaces.
Configured communication proccessors and comunication modules.

There are two options of cross project data exchange with inter project engineering:
Exchanging controller data via IPE file.
Exchanging controller data via project file.
