The Glutes are a really important group of muscles for any climbers as they do everything from help mobility, protect your knees when landing on crashpads and help you march your way up to your favourite crag so it makes sense to train them!

This is a great workout for when we are in Lockdown as it doesn't require any equipment. Really psyched to be joined in this episode by my housemate, climber, routesetter and all round legend Gracie!
