Before selling my beloved Lumix GH5 and Micro Four Thirds (M43) lenses, I wanted to try all those older lenses with the Lumix GH7. The results were way better than I expected!

I used the fantastic Lumix Loan scheme to borrow a GH7 for 5 days along with the superb DMW-XLR 2 audio module with its 32-Bit float.

The two lenses I liked the most with the Lumix GH7 were my 20-year-old Canon EF70-200L IS f2.8 USM lens and, surprisingly, the Panasonic Lumix G Vario 14-140mm lens (f3.5-f5.6).

In this video, I extensively tested the 70-200 at a Beach Motocross event in Weymouth and had so much fun with it, I forgot to use the 14-140mm. However, watch the video to see just how well that 14-140 performed on the GH7. Gobsmacked!
