We are defining and shining!!!! We have 45 minutes to build muscle and definition, and hit all the muscles in our legs, glutes, and abs!! This is an all-in-leg day with a major focus on increasing muscular definition! Training legs and abs will not only increase definition but also make everyday life tasks easier and that is always a win! We will be training with trisets in this strength session to maximize this hypertrophy-style workout! We will include 5 trisets repeated 3 times to complete this session! Strong legs and abs, here we come!

45-MINUTE LEGS, GLUTES, AND ABS WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 15lbs to 30lbs / 6.8 to 13.6kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift moderately heavy!
- EXERCISE MAT

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT
- EXERCISE BOX OR BENCH - MODIFICATIONS IF YOU DON'T HAVE THIS!
- BOOTY BAND OR MINI RESISTANCE BAND

STRUCTURE
5 TRI-SETS REPEATED 3 TIMES THROUGH
WORK: 45 SECONDS REST: 30 SECONDS

- HIP THRUST
- FEET ELEVATED GLUTE BRIDGE
- FEET ELEVATED ABDUCTION
TRISET 5
- SIDE PLANK WITH HIP DROP
- SWITCH SIDES
- ISO CRUNCH HOLD WITH HEEL TAPS IN AND OUT
