As an international student living away from home for the first time in my life, I've encountered countless problems in my first year of university. The pains and frustrations of messing up my course selection, poor money management, and a non-existent social life due to my inability to fit in with the local culture are just a fraction of what I had to go through in my first year at HKUST. So in this multi-part comprehensive series derived from my own personal experiences, I will be sharing with you guys everything I wish I knew before coming to HKUST.
