Ingredients:

Gosht bina haddi ka(Boneless mutton): 150 grams
Pyaaz (Onions): 8
Aalu bade (Big Potatoes): 2
Adrak lehsan ka paste (Ginger garlic paste): 1 tablespoon
Bareek namak (Salt): 2 teaspoons
Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder): 2 ½ teaspoons
Haldi powder (Turmeric powder): ½ teaspoon
Tel (Cooking Oil): 2 tablespoons
Chhoti methi (Baby Fenugreek leaves): 2 bunches (nearly 1 cup)
Kata hua hara dhaniya (Chopped coriander): ½ cup
Sabith hari mirch (Whole Green Chillies): 3 to 4


Procedure:


1. Pressure cooker mein kati hui pyaaz daliye.

2. Gosht daliye, adrak lehsan ka paste, namak, haldi powder, lal mirch powder, tel (oil) aur dedh cup (2 ½ cups ) pani daliye.

3. Achhi tarah se milakar dhakkan dhaanp dijiye.

4. Paanch se das minute tak pressure cooker mein pakaiyye.

5. Jab is mein paani baaqi ho, ek cup ya do katte chhoti methi ke patte daliye.

6. Dhakkan dhaanp dijiye aur das minute tak pakaiyye.

7. Jab paani sookh jaye, tel chhootne tak bhuniye.

8. Aalu ke medium size ke pieces daliye. Paanch minute tak bhuniye.

9. Do cup paani daliye aur dhakkan dhaanp dijiye.

10. Medium aanch par das se pandrah minute tak pakaiyye ke aalu gal jaayen.

11. Beech mein ehtiyat se aalu ko bina tode hilate rahiye ke kahin salan jal na jaaye.

12. Aadha cup kata hua hara dhaniya daliye.

13. Sabith hari mirchein daliye.

14. Dhakkan dhaanp dijiye aur dheemi aanch par paanch minute tak pakaiyye.


Aalu Methi Gosht tayyar hai. Baghara khana, dalcha ya plain chawal aur khatti dal ke saath pesh kijiye.
