Let me share with you my simple to make Chicken Curry that I make in my crockpot (slow cooker). Not only easy to make but tasty and healthy. Hope you enjoy!

Holly's Chicken Curry
• 2 cans (13 oz.) coconut milk
• 2 cups water
• 2 Tb. flour* (mixed with a little water)
• 4 tsp. curry powder
• 2 tsp. salt
• 2 tsp. garlic powder
• 2 tsp. onion powder
• pepper (to taste)
• 2 Tb. crushed garlic
• 4 chicken breasts (frozen or fresh)
• 4 chicken thighs (frozen or fresh)
*You can use cornstarch instead of flour if you want to make it gluten free.
Mix all ingredients (except for chicken) in a crockpot (slow cooker) and mix it well together. Next add the 8 pieces of chicken (you can use all breast or all thighs if preferred), turn the crockpot to low and cook for up to 6 hours. After 6 hours your chicken should be fully cooked, and you can take it out and cut it up and add it back to the sauce. Serve with rice.
