Mountain Pose (Tadasana) - How to do and Benefits of this Pose
It is a beginner level pose and can be done anywhere. However, remember not to do this yoga pose on a full stomach.

How to do:
Step 1. Stand straight with your hands by your sides and your legs slightly apart.
Step 2. Tilt your head and stretch arms upward. At the same time, lift your heels and put your body weight on your toes.
Step 3. Hold the pose while you take 5 to 10 breaths.
Step 4. Finally, breathe out and release.
