This is another venture of us within Mont Kiara address again, with the intention to showcase the difference between streets as well as age of development.

Although there are gazellions of high rise apartment in Mont Kiara, not all are the same. Verve Suites is a mixed development where it's really convenient for the residents. There are restaurants, bars, grocers, convenient stores, dental clinics, and etc within doorsteps of the residence. Also, this is located at Kiara 5 street which is the quiet one compared to the rest.

This project also demonstrated the different architectural treatments applied back then. Unit sizes are bigger and common spaces are generous, especially the corridor space. It's pretty difficult to find such treatments anymore. My favourite would be the maturity of landscape at the facilities deck. It's absolutely stunning. With the surrounding trees, you will not know you're within an address that's full of high rise.

However, the reality kicks in whenever you need to travel. Roads are still narrow and with the multiple international schools around, the traffic will be stand still at times.
