Hello everyone!
We hope that you all are doing well... We are always happy to put up new content for you, in this VLOG we are sharing about our daily life and since it is plum season in our area, Christine made few things with plums -- oh the joy of smelling freshly baked plum cake and homemade jam, we wish we could share with you all.
I also took few more drone shots, hope you will enjoy it.

Plum Cake Recipe
Dough: Mix 300ml warm milk, 10g active dry yeast and 75g sugar and let it sit for 10-15min.
Add 1 egg, 500g maida and a pinch of salt. Knead and add 75g of soft butter. Knead again and keep for about an hour until it rises about double its size.
Topping: Grind 100g almonds, add 100g maida, 140g sugar, 100g cold butter and a pinch of salt and make it into crumbles (either by hand or in the mixer). Keep it in the fridge for 30min.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Spread the dough on a baking sheet with your hands, cover with halfed and pitted plums and spread the crumbles on top. Bake for about 25-30min. ENJOY!!
