Bagua's First Change - Single Palm Change - is said to encapsulate all of the elements of all of the other Changes. What does this mean?
Given its relative simplicity, its can't refer to hand techniques, footwork or applications. So this statement must be referring to something else. Comparing the 1st Change as done in Jiang style Bagua and Magui style Bagua and looking at similarities, I speculate on what is the hidden instruction within the First Change.
