0.5kg (50%) Flaked Oats - Oaty thickness...
454g Munich Malt - light toasty flavour
300g Biscuit Malt - More biscuity
300g Chocolate Malt - Coffee / dark chocolate
250g Roasted Barley - Roasty bitterness
150g Crystal 60 - Caramel flavour

Hops:
50g East Kent Goldings - 60 min

Yeast
1 pkg Lallemand Nottingham Yeast

Water
RO Water
6g Calcium Chloride
3g Epsom Salt
7g Gypsum

Other:
10 min - 1 tab of Irish Moss / Whirlfloc
