1️⃣ Underhand Row 5x6-10 1:30
2️⃣ Alternating Palms Forward Y Back 4x6-10 1:30
3️⃣ Close Row 5x8-12 1:00
4️⃣ Alternating Hold Overhand Row 4x8-12 1:00
5️⃣ 1-Arm Wide Curl 4x8-12 1:00
