As we are cognisant, sir served the armed forces for 20 long years with two elite forces - “NSG” and “Para SF”.

Initially, he had no inclination towards getting into the armed forces and donning the Olive Greens.

1999 was the year when sir had finally filled NDA’s form, and interestingly, a less known fact about him, i.e., sir actually opted for Navy instead of Army.
The turning point came in when he became conscious of the Genocide(s).

Later, volunteered for Special Forces and joined them after clearing the Probation.

It didn't end there, he also was the Group Commander of 52nd Special Action Group (SAG) of NSG, one of the most Elite Commando units of the country.

He was honoured with SHAURYA CHAKRA for Gallantry in Special Forces.

Sir's father has always been a patriot, and you joined basis his suggestion. Even he got selected, but got temporary rejection due to tonsilitis.
