First, prepare the liquid mixture

1. Pour one can of milk into a bowl.
2. Add 1 cup of sugar
3. Add 1/3 cup of orange soda.
4. Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
5. Add 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
6. Add 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
7. Add 1/3 cup of cherries
8. Add 1/3 cup of raisins
9. Stir everything together and set it aside.

Now, on a heated pan:

1. Melt 2 sticks of salted butter.
2. Once the butter is fully melted, add 2 cups of all-purpose flour.
3. Let the flour and butter mixture cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes

1. Slowly pour in the liquid mixture you prepared earlier
2. Keep mixing and turning the mixture consistently for about six minutes.
3. As you continue mixing, you’ll notice the texture starting to bubble up.
4. Once the texture looks right, your Sirnee is almost done
