Today I am cooking at home and making pan bolillio. This is an easy way to make French bread rolls at home. The crusty exterior and the tender soft middle is perfect for sandwiches or just slathered in butter.

INGREDIENTS
4 cups (520 g) all-purpose flour
2 1/4 tsp (7 g) dry active yeast
1 Tbsp (14 g) sugar
2 tsp (10 g) salt
1 Tbsp (15 ml) cooking oil
1 1/4 cup (295 ml) warm water
**extra cooking oil for greasing the bowl
and brushing the exterior of the dough

Preheat oven @450 ºF / 232 ºC and bake for 10 minutes, then lower oven temperature to 400 ºF / 204 ºC and continue baking for 8 to 10 minutes
