How to get ANY Pokemon in Pokemon Gold/Silver 3DS VC Coin Case Glitch [No Gameshark used]

How to get ANY Pokemon in Pokemon Gold/Silver ENG versions using the Coin Case (ACE) Glitch [No Gameshark used]. This still works for the VC releases

With this method you can get almost any Pokemon you need very easily which is determined by the 5th Pokemon's HP CURRENT stat. Get Mew or Celebi in Gold/Silver with no problem. This ONLY works on English versions of Gold/Silver

[REQUIREMENTS]
Following items in order inside your PC https://pastebin.com/tCuUgH5V
Quagsire with Sleep Talk in 1st Attack Slot and holding Protein in 4th Slot in Party
Low level Pokemon in 3rd Slot in Party, if glitch fails catch another. Make sure that the Pokemon's Special stat isn't 8 and it's HP stat isn't 16
A Pokemon in 5th Paty Slot where its HP stat corresponds to the Pokedex Number of the Pokemon you want to obtain. EX: Pokemon with 251 HP yields Celebi.
EDIT: HP stat is based on CURRENT HP not MAX HP, so Crobat could have 150/151 HP and it will yield a Mewtwo instead of Mew.
Slot 1 and 2 in your Party do not matter however I suggest using a dummy Pokemon in Slot 2 as it could become something else, your experience may vary

[STEPS]
Arrange obtained Items in your PC in correct order
Go inside Professor Elm's Lab and Save + Reset
Go outside and head 4 steps to the right
Open Pokedex and listen to Machop's cry
Go to your bag and use the Coin Case. Move at least one pocket beforehand
Close the menu and you will be transported to the Bug Catching Contest and collect your Pokemon
Deposit the Pokemon in the Daycare to fix the EXP bar


The Level/DVs/Moveset will correspond to the last Pokemon you received in the Bug Catching Contest. If you never visited your Pokemon will have Level 0 and no stats or anything. Visit Daycare to fix this. You can repeat the process as many times as you want.
