Chicoro's PNCRL Method: How to Protect Hair from Chlorine

Описание к видео Chicoro's PNCRL Method: How to Protect Hair from Chlorine

The PNCRL (pronounced 'pin curl') Method is an acronym for my process I use to protect my hair from frequent exposure to chlorinated water in pools. "P" is for protect, "N" is for neutralize, "C" is for chelate, "R" is for replenish and "L" is for lubricate. You will need eight (8) items: 1.protein free conditioner, 2. soft pomade, 3. a water bottle, 4. Vitamin C powder, 5. shampoo (sulfate free ideally), 6. Corn syrup, 7. protein conditioner, 8. low viscosity oil such as olive oil. (You can use Vitamin C or Ascorbic Acid!)

CITRIC ACID is NOT the SAME as Vitamin C/Ascorbic Acid. All citric acid does is foam and bubble. Citric acid does NOT neutralize chlorine. Only Vitamin C, in the form of ascorbic acid, neutralizes chlorine.
