HESI / TEAS Vocabulary Review

Hi! Let's do hesi a2 vocabulary review (also helpful for TEAS). Try answering these practice questions on your own. Take as many hesi vocabulary practice tests as possible before your exam. Whenever you get a test question wrong, make a notecard (or use a quizlet set) so that you can continue to review all the terms you weren't familiar with. Ooops! I just ended a sentence with the word "with". Do you know what is wrong with that? You might see that question on a hesi grammar exam! (We'll cover this in a future video for hesi grammar review).

Based on every practice exam, video, and resource I could find, it sounds like HESI loves to test you on vocabulary words that are going to be used often in a medical setting (which makes sense!). So, be sure to know words like languid, blanched, lethargic, indigestion, malady, side effect, bacteria, subdue, inhibit, regulate, supplement , etc.
