The best day in the training hall so far! We managed to get great access to the phenomenal technique of the Chinese women, including world record holders Liao Guifang andf Li Wenwen. The world record holder Rahmat Erwin Abdullah from Indonesia was playing around with 195kg in a complex... that's just 5kg under his world record! Karlos Nasar was getting nasty with some weights in his new custom W|H knee sleeves and belt while his teammates, Andreev Bozhiday and ANgel Rusev went to maximum. Oh, and Lasha Talakhadze showed up and put on a show - a 200kg no-foot snatch!
