Today we leave from Trongsa to Bumthang. The first stop was Yotongla Chorten high pass around 3400m. Then a short walk in Chamkha town before checking into our hotel, Yu-Garling Resort. After that, we visited Jakar Dzong , followed by Jambay Lhakhang which was built in honor of Guru Rinpoche (Padmasambhava). Our last stop was Kurjey Lhakhang, where you will explore and witness the beauty of true Bhutanese art in the form of delicate wood carvings and fortress-like monasteries.
