Sweet rolls
dissolve 7g dry yeast in some milk
-add teaspoon of sugar
mix together 4 eggs with 100g of sugar
-add 2 dl buttermilk
-some salt
-rest of the milk, total 2dl
-combine melted yeast with 1kg flour and knead into the dough
add egg mixture
-wet the kitchen towel with water
-wrap the dough with wet kitchen towel and place it inside cool water bath for 2 hours
-divide into 3 pieces
knead and roll out each piece with some flour
cut into 8 equal parts
spread some plum jam
-bake for 25 min at 180°C
-while still hot, generously coat each roll in powdered sugar
