The sun is coming out and the weather is heating up, which means it's time to get your body ready for those swimsuits and summer outfits! This five-minute full body workout is perfect to do a couple times a day, or for when you just need to squeeze a quick workout in to your busy day. Just grab some dumbbells and go!

This workout consists of five exercises that target the whole body. Each is done for 60 seconds:

1) Squat & side raises
2) Alternating lunge with shoulder press
3) Uppercuts
4) Triceps kickbacks
5) Dumbbell rows
