I collected leaves on my evening walk and drew four of them in my sketchbook from life, in real time, using different pencils to sketch and shade. The video also includes erasing and leaf sounds. The first leaf is a Lady's Mantle, but I don't think I know what the rest of them are.

What is ASMR? Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a euphoric experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine, precipitating relaxation. ASMR is most commonly triggered by specific acoustic and visual stimuli including the content of some digital videos.

If you have problems falling asleep, watching ASMR videos might help you fall asleep. Or if you feel stressed, they could help you relax. For some people ASMR is triggered by ambient sounds and watching people work quietly.
