World Record Attempt - The Bump Plan Live Pilates Class

Описание к видео World Record Attempt - The Bump Plan Live Pilates Class

Welcome to our Break the Record, live class page! We are so glad that you can join us in our attempt to break the bias that pregnant women come up against. We really hope to make our own little bit of history!

To celebrate International Women's Day, and The Bump Plan's '#BreakTheRecord' campaign, founder Hollie Grant will be leading a 40 minute prenatal Pilates class attempting to break a Guinness World Record.

Pregnant women are often portrayed as weak, or fragile, and this is simply not the case. Pregnant women are strong, powerful and capable. Let's break this bias, and all come together to show how strong we all are.

We will be donating to the Active Pregnancy Foundation - £1 for each live viewer BUT if we hit our target of 1500 viewers we will donate £2000.

This class is suitable for all stages of pregnancy, if you are healthy and having an uncomplicated pregnancy. You can find learn more about safe exercise during pregnancy here    • Active Pregnancy Foundation - Pregnan...

We would love you to share your images of the class with @thebumpplan and the #BreakTheRecord
