What is this workout?

If you are in your 1st trimester and would like a 30 minute Pilates routine that is going to wake up your postural muscles, help you maintain your core strength, and develop your understanding of your changing body then this workout is for you! Using my unique Pilates and functional movement methodology this workout will help you develop the necessary muscles you will need for pregnancy, labour and the various demands of parenthood.

All that you will need is:

► a Yoga mat
► a bottle of water

This workout is suitable for ALL Trimesters of pregnancy however it's ideal for those in their 1st trimester.
