Hoarding disorder is a type of mental illness. When such people keep dogs, they might have over twenty dogs without bathing or grooming them. Isn’t this considered abuse? They probably never go outside. After this little dog was rescued by the local rescue group, I foster it in. It sat in the car, afraid to get out, afraid to enter my house, afraid to go outside, and afraid to walk.#rescuedog
