CHICKEN CHAR SIU PUI @ CHICKEN CHAR SIU RICE

The popular & yummy chicken rice eaten with Char Siu is known as "Char Siu Pui".
This is Chicken Char Siu Pui @ Chicken Char Siu Rice ! I made Chicken Char Siu so that all Char Siu lovers can enjoy it.
Chicken Char Siu is a sticky and delicious dark meat chicken. This recipe calls for chicken fillets, but you can also use boneless Chicken thighs, drumsticks, leg quarters, or even wings. You can also use oven to roast the Chicken Char Siu.
You can add 5 spices when you marinade the chicken if you prefer. Some people don't like the smell of 5 spices that's why I didn't add it to the chicken when I marinate it. Actually, I like the smell of 5 spices. 5 spices is commonly used in many Chinese recipes.
