Welcome to this Belly dance non stop sweat workout! In this non stop workout we will be working on many essential belly dance moves, including hip drops chest shimmies and travel steps. We will include jumps with hips to work our full body as well as street shaabi moves, side to side hops and isolations of the hips! This is an all rounded workout so take you time to master the steps. The more you do it the better you will before and the more you will sweat!
