"THE LAST ORDER" is an interview series featuring 9 bartenders from various bars in Tokyo. This time, we will deliver an interview with Mr. Hiroki Umemoto of Bar Drambuie, which is located in Kitasenju. We asked him to talk about his original experience at a bar in Utsunomiya, the “cocktail town” when he was a university student who loved grange rock and motorcycles, and the charm of the world of antique glasses and old bottles that he has personally collected since he was young. He also talked about the future of Japanese bar culture.
