Pre-emptive & suggested Outlook replies

When using Outlook we often want to fast forward writing the same thing again & again, there are three ways to enable this, using suggested replies, quick steps & quick parts (excluding out of office replies)

Suggested replies: uses AI to suggest what you say back as a quick phrase
Quick steps: Make suggested replies more personal (with a sign off) & are a one-click solution that sends the full email too
Quick parts: If there is a one-off blurb with text, links, images, you often send this is perfect to add to your emails.
