A very easy, fast and delicious way to prepare this delicious appetizer for any occasion . You can make them using the stove but you need to cook the feet for 2 hrs or until tender

PIG'S FEET WITH VINEGAR IN THE INSTANT POT

4 lbs pig's

blend together:
1 small onion
6 garlic cloves
4 bay leafs
1/2 tsp dry cilantro
1/2 tsp whole black pepper
1-1/2 Tbs knorr bouillon beef flavor
add to the pot with feet and set time for 35 mins with a quick release after the time is done

TO SAUTE

3-4 Tbs oil
2 carrots peel and cut (you can add more but is optional)
1 small onion cut into Julians
2--3 jalapeños
same spices that I use to blend but add
2 Tbs oregano
2 cups water
1 cup vinegar
salt to taste and you might have to add more
set the time to 0 minutes after the time do a quick release by turning the lid's pressure valve to venting

******* is very important to let the pig's feet and the vinegar mixture to cool completely before mixing them together
