IS LILA EXOGEN WEARABLE RESISTANCE ANY GOOD FOR SPRINTERS & JUMPERS? INITIAL THOUGHTS 🤔

In this video I test Lila Exogen's variable resistance technology. The focus is on their calf sleeves and the placement of the micro weights low down on the leg.
I explain how the kit works and what the issues can be with other forms or variable resistance - such as weights vests and ankle weights. The Lila kit seemingly provides a wealth of opportunities to look at balancing movement and increasing muscular output. I'm really excited about trying it over the next few weeks and months.
We also have shorts and the T-shirt/jacket options to try so look out from more testing in future.
There are so many questions to consider - such as:
Where's the best place to load?
How much weight should be used?
Is using the calf loading better than using loading on the shorts for example? Or what about a combination?
So, it's an exciting time. I'm often sceptical of some of the "new" kit that gets launched - but with this one I can see many potential positives.
