Raja Rani Paratha Recipe :-

Ingredients for Outside Layer :-
2 cup Gahu No Lot (Wheat Flour)
Salt to Taste (1 tsp)
1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
Water as Required (1 cup)

Ingredients for Filling :-
1/3 cup Fine Chopped Kothmir (Coriander)
1/2 cup Grated Beetroot
1/2 cup Grated Gajar (Carrot)
3/4 cup Fine Chopped Capsicum 🫑
3/4 cup Fine Chopped Kanda (Onion)
2 + 1 pc medium size Boiled Potatoes
100 gm Paneer
2 tsp Schezwan Chutney
1 tsp Ginger, Garlic Paste
1 tsp Green Chili Paste
1 tsp Dhana Jeeru Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
1/3 tsp Haldi Powder (Turmeric)
1 tsp Kitchen King Masalo
1/2 tsp Chaat Masalo
Salt to Taste (1 tsp)

Outside Stuffing :-
(For two Paratha)
2 Tbsp Fine Chopped Capsicum
3 cube Amul Process Cheese
1/4 tsp Green Chili Paste
1/2 tsp Ginger, Garlic Paste
1/4 tsp Kitchen King Masalo
2 pinch Chaat Masalo
1/2 tsp Schezwan Chutney
1/2 tsp Dhana Jeeru Powder
1/4 tsp Red Chili Powder
2 Pinch Haldi Powder
Salt to Taste (1/4 tsp)
Cooking Oil / Butter / Desi Ghee
1 pc medium size Boiled Potato
Mayonnaise
Tomato ketchup
