The spread of the novel coronavirus epidemic has brutally impacted markets and had a significant impact on businesses. No one can predict with confidence what will happen over the next 18 months. CEOs and senior management can feel a responsibility to give clarity that they themselves don't have, and have their own personal feelings of helplessness and apprehension. The leader must ask, "What can I do personally to engage myself, my leadership team and the people throughout my organization to respond positively to this crisis?"
