ASMR | Follow My Instructions (Follow The Light, Light Counting, Focusing)

In today's #ASMR video, we take a different approach to the usual eyes-closed sessions. Instead, you will focus on a series of lights and light-based instructions such as following a light, counting how many times you see a light and generally just focusing on a certain point.
