1 Kilo Lamb or Beef
6 large onions
1 tin of tomatoes
1 tsp tomato purée
1 tsp chilli powder
1 Black Cardamom
Half tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp coriander powder
2 tbsp garam masala
Half tsp cumin powder
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
4 green cardamons
1 Bay Leaf
Cinnamon stick
4-10 green chillis
Fresh coriander
2tbsp Greek or natural yogurt
2 tsp of salt
1 pint water
