RAGI UPMA
INGREDIENTS
Ragi Flour - 1 Cup
Thin Tamarid extract - As Required
Slit Green Chillies – 1
Curry Leaves – As Required
Onion – 1
Red Chilly - 1
Chilli Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Salt – To Taste

For Seasoning:
Mustard Seeds – 1/4 Tsp
Black Gram - 1/2 tsp
Urad Dhal – 1 Tspn
Oil – As Required

METHOD
1. Add salt to Tamarid extract and some chilly powder and jaggery as required.
2. Add some oil to a pan, when the oil is heat add mustard seeds, black and ural dhal.
3. Also add Onions, green and red chillies. Mix well.
4. Stir the mixture with the Ragi Flour and some tamarind extract evenly as shown in the video.
5. Ragi Upma is ready now!
