Today we're talking and sipping on mezcal! This spirit isn't called for in the older classic recipes, but I love working with it in numerous cocktails. With a lot of misconceptions around mezcal, things can be confusing. We'll address the confusion, cover some history, and Az will join me as we taste some new bottles against my go-to.
