The Flying Dutchman! a quick intro to Genever

Описание к видео The Flying Dutchman! a quick intro to Genever

In today's video, we're going to explore genever! This is a brief intro of the spirit, though there's a lot to be said about it - how it serves as a link between whiskey and gin, it's rich history (500+ years!), the varying styles/expressions, etc. I'll cover a broad overview of the two main styles and then mix each of them into a Flying Dutchman! I know some say not to mix with genever, but I say do it if it tastes good - it does, it tastes good. Anyway, hope you try genever, try this cocktail, and love them both! Cheers, everyone!
