30 lbs of pork
6 stalks of lemon grass
1 large ginger
4 cloves of garlic
1teaspoon MSG (optional)
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoon fish sauce (optional)
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon of black powder
