PowerShell is a powerful and versatile tool — it's got so much under the hood that 50 minutes is barely enough to mention each of its many features.

The most important thing to know about PowerShell is that it exists to automate. Using PowerShell well means getting the job done quicker, better and much more efficiently.

For example, from the GUI it might only take 30 seconds to add a new user to an Active Directory, but adding 500 is at least a full day of work. With PowerShell, it's one line and a few seconds of work to import them.
