Crispy and fresh donuts with the chewiness of glutinous rice flour on the inside. Making this easy Japan donut recipe at home will give you the freshest treat ever. This is my favorite recipe with the perfect combination of mochi and donut textures and flavors that I love.

No tedious task of rolling out balls of dough, because in this video i will share with you a useful tip to knead a dough if you want to knead a donut or bread dough by hand!

📝 Recipe (Ingredients)
160g (1 1/3 cup) Bread Flour
80g (2/3 cup) Glutinous Flour
3g(1 tsp) Instant Dry Yeast
105g(1/3 cup+2 tbsp) Milk
30g (1.5 tbsp) Sugar
10g (2.5 tbsp) Milk Powder
1 pcs Egg
30g (2 tbsp) Butter

📢 Extra tips beyond listed in the video
1. I recommend to prepare all the tools, ingredients ready before you start and baking.
2. To achieve the perfect taste, PLEASE USE A SCALE instead of cup measurement for baking.
3. There is no hard steps in this video, just follow the tips and steps ! As i pointed out, to control the dough temp is pretty important! Fridge 15~20mins to cool the dough to be ready for hand kneading. If you use stand mixer, you may can skip this but mixing all ingredients
besides butter into a smooth dough.
4. You can freeze the dough before frying up to one week! Fry them when you want to serve them to your family or friends!

刚炸出来的日式糯米团子, 圆鼓鼓的,和普通的甜甜圈, 麻花啥的相比, 它加入了糯米粉, 整体口感增加了糯性, 很好吃!做糯米团子的面团, 只要表面光滑即可, 无需揉到很强的筋度。 为了更加快捷, 视频中分享了我最近很喜欢的擀面杖揉面法, 当然如果你家有厨师机, 肯定厨师机来得更快, 可以后加黄油, 也可以直接把所有材料加入厨师机中揉成光滑的面团即可!安利安利再安利, 真的好吃!

食材:
160g (1 1/3 杯) 高筋面粉
80g (2/3 杯) 糯米粉
3g(1 茶匙) 即发干酵母

📢 暖心小贴士
1. 做任何蛋糕,记得提前准备好原料,工具避免耽搁时间造成面团发酵问题。
2. 为了做出好吃的口感, 建议用厨房称而不要用量杯来称取原料做面包或者蛋糕。
3. 这个糯米团子没有什么难的步骤, 按照视频中的小贴士和步骤来,百分百成功的。 视频中强调了面团的温度, 夏天来了, 控制好面团的温度是很重要的, 直接影响面包类产品的口感!开始的冷藏步骤就是为了降低面团的温度, 后面手揉的时候, 面团的温度才不会上升很多! 视频中的擀面杖揉面法, 也可以避免面团升温太快!
3. 发酵好的糯米团子可以冷冻, 要吃的时候拿到室温解冻发一会炸即可!
