The Basic Neurocellular Patterns (BNP) were developed by Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen as an integral part of the Body-Mind Centering® approach to somatic movement education.
This video shows Series I and II of the Vertebrate BNP to facilitate their exploration to those that have previously studied them: in a course at a School for Body-Mind Centering® licensed training program, with Bonnie or with a professional member of the Body-Mind Centering® Association, through the specific DVD and Book that Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen has published on this material.
